A graduate in business administration (university of applied sciences) and real estate economics (ebs), he was previously a shareholder and spokesperson of the board of Pamera Asset Management GmbH. Other experience includes ten years in banking at Deutsche Bank AG, Eurohypo and as director at UBS Deutschland AG in the field of institutional real estate.
Gunther R. Deutsch
is Head of Investment Transactions Europe and a Director of Cornerstone Deutschland, based in Munich. He is responsible for acquisition and transaction management in Europe and is the key account manager for a number of German clients and for Asiatic institutional investors in Germany.
Gunther Deutsch has a degree (BA) in Business Studies and a diploma in Real Estate Economics (ebs) from the European Business School in Wiesbaden. He was the co-founder of Pamera Asset Management GmbH, which was entirely taken over by Cornerstone Real Estate Investors Europe in July 2014. Gunther Deutsch has more than 20 years' experience as a real estate professional. He has worked for major companies, e.g. as a director of an affiliated company of Deutsche Bank; in a number of leading positions at Jones Lang LaSalle in Germany and New York, and for a development company in Berlin.
is Managing Director and Head of Asset Management. He is responsible for key account management and the Northern and Eastern Regions.
Maximilian Isenberg was previously part of Pamera Asset Management GmbH's executive team, where he was responsible for asset management and transaction management. A lawyer by training, he has worked for a number of well-known companies such as DIC Asset AG and the Westdeutsche Immobilienbank Group.

Before joining Cornerstone, Lars Borghaus was a joint founder and executive director of Pamera Asset Management GmbH. A graduate in business economics and real estate economics (ebs), he has many years of experience in well-known German companies such as ThyssenKrupp, Münchener Baugesellschaft and the Software AG Foundation.

Gerloff comes from Union Investment, where he was Head of Structured Products, working in product development in the institutional real estate business. Gerloff graduated in engineering management and has many years of experience in specialist and management functions in fund, investment and asset management at Union Investment, AXA REIM and Deutsche Bank.
At Cornerstone, he will be responsible for the support of German institutional investors and fund management as well as for creating and expanding other investment products, such as special funds, club deals or separate accounts.
is Branch Manager Berlin. He will now manage Cornerstone's clients' properties in Berlin and the "new" federal states from that office. Puschkasch joins the company from argoneo, where, as a Senior Asset Manager in Berlin, he was mainly responsible for the repositioning and letting of the Neue Kranzler Eck. His other relevant experience includes developing the Asset Management section of the Bauwert Property Group for the Merrill Lynch / Bank of America portfolios.
is the Düsseldorf Branch Manager. This branch manages the properties of Cornerstone's clients in Düsseldorf, Cologne, the Rhineland and Ruhr area as well as other locations in North Rhine-Westphalia. As Senior Asset Manager, he also oversees the conversion of the former E-Plus head office into a multi-tenant building, the Eleven Office Center.
Julian Kaup has a diploma in business administration with focus on real estate management (ebs) and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate (MScRE) from the University of Hong Kong.
is the Frankfurt Branch Manager. In this position, he is responsible for Cornerstone's asset management and transactions in the central region, focusing on the Rhine-Main area, and leading Cornerstone's Frankfurt team.
Before joining Cornerstone Germany, he was Director of Asset Management at TRIUVA (formerly IVG Institutional Funds). Other stages in his career include heading the German Capital Markets team at Auction.com and a directorship of MAGNAT Asset Management Germany (now DEMIRE).

A qualified industrial engineer, Daniel Jäde was formerly a managing partner of VIGEO Real Estate GmbH. Prior to that he was head of the Rhine-Main office, Senior Project Developer and Head of Acquisition at HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung GmbH.
is the Munich Branch Manager.
In this position he is responsible for the acquisition and sale of properties and the asset management of investments managed by Cornerstone in the southern federal states.He also heads up the Cornerstone team in Munich.Robert Schneider is a qualified architect and, following several leading asset management positions, was most recently International Acquisitions Officer for GLL Real Estate Partners in Munich.He has also worked for several architectural practices in Germany, Austria and the United States.

The business administration graduate and real estate economist (IRE|BS) has many years of expertise and previously worked as a senior consultant in the Transaction & Investment division of Bilfinger Real Estate Asset Management.
Other stages in his professional career include Sontowski & Partner, GRR Real Estate Management and S&P Development GmbH. To date, he has managed over 80 retail property transactions throughout Germany representing a total volume of more than EUR 400 million. In addition, he managed retail project developments worth around EUR 100 million in total and leases for over 50,000 sqm of retail space.
is Director Business Development and responsible for business development, capital raising and investor relations with focus primarily on institutional investors located in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Sebastian Wohlers has over 14 years’ experience in the real estate fund industry and joins from real estate investment manager, Warburg-HIH where he was responsible for capital-raising and investor relations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland whilst also expanding the company’s institutional clients to the Nordic and Levant regions. Prior to Warburg-HIH, Sebastian Wohlers held a variety of capital raising roles in business development, fund and asset management at Warburg-Henderson, Morgan Stanley and DB Real Estate (Deutsche Bank Group).

Prof. Dr. Hanspeter Gondring FRICS is the academic dean of the Studienzentrum Finanzwirtschaft (study centre for finance); leader of the course of studies in real estate and insurance at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University; and academic director of the Master's course in Banking & Finance. He is also the founder and head of the Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft (ADI), the author of numerous publications and the editor of the journal "Zeitschrift für immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung und Praxis" (ZfiFP). He combines proximity to the academic community with access to the up-and-coming generation of real estate professionals.
Hartwig Hasenkamp, Dipl.-Kaufmann (degree in business administration), looks back on a lengthy career in banking. He worked for Deutsche Bank for over 20 years. For 10 years he was managing director of Deutsche Grundbesitz Management (now DB Real Estate/Rreef) and was responsible for the founding and successful development of this subsidiary. Under his leadership, globally investing open- and closed-end funds and innovative investment products, including Deutsche Wohnen AG and Deutsche Euroshop AG, were conceived. From 2002, he developed the LB Immo Invest investment trust for HSH Nordbank, Realis (BayernLB) and Helaba. This concentrated on dedicated special funds (fund modules) for institutional investors. He is a member of several supervisory boards and continues to develop solutions for exacting financing.
Dr. Ingo J. Hueck has lived in Berlin since 1997. His corporate positions include that of Managing Director and Shareholder of ADH Hospitality Ltd. (Berlin), an international real estate company focusing on hotel companies and properties, asset und strategic management, (re)branding, and project development. In addition, he is co-founder of FFIRE Immobilienverwaltung AG (Berlin) and FFIRE Investment GmbH (Berlin). Through HIH Hueck Investment Holding Ltd. (Berlin/Düsseldorf), Ingo Hueck has worked for over 10 years as advisor for private and family businesses and as private investor, especially on Berlin's property market. He has provided support for private, family-office, and institutional investors. Dr. Hueck is also a founding partner of Strategic Link & Partners (Berlin/Palo Alto), an M&A and industry consulting firm established in the USA in 1993 that focuses on the automotive industry, IT/media, the chemical and optical industries, as well as electric drives and motor racing. Qualified as an attorney, he also has shareholder responsibilities in a German family business with a history of over 200 years in the automotive and special chemical industry.
David Seddon has more than 30 years' experience in the European investment market. For 25 years he worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, where for many years he led the European cross-border investment team. During this period he advised numerous institutional investors on their continental European investments. Subsequently David Seddon became CIO (Chief Investment Officer) of an investment management platform and floated European real estate funds. His own consultancy firm now advises selected real estate undertakings, particularly in relation to their activities in Germany.
Prof.Dr. Friedrich-Leopold von Stechow is a managing partner in Stechow Management Consulting GmbH und Co. KG. He has many years of experience in the banking sector, inter alia as a director of DG/DZ Bank AG, Trinkaus & Burkhardt and Sal. Oppenheim jr.& Cie. Prof. von Stechow also holds a number of Supervisory and Advisory Board mandates. He was a lecturer at the Humboldt University of Berlin and Honorary Professor in Business Administration/Banking Management at the University of Potsdam. He does honorary work in the areas of politics and culture. He belongs to the Management Committee of the Society for the Study of Structural Political Issues and is member of the Board of Trustees of the Society for Economics and Management at the Humboldt University in Berlin.
